Spring Break Odds and Ends

We spent Spring Break at home this year.  It was very nice and relaxing.  The weather was a little shaky to say the least.  It rained off and on the whole week.  We spent a lot of time relaxing, watched a few movies, and played games.  The kids seemed to need a break from all the running around our family sees to do.
Matt left Friday night for New York.  We quickly went to dinner at Benihana's to celebrate 4.0 GPAs, Family dinner before Matt left for NY, and a perfect science project.

Kids enjoyed seeing the "showmanship"  of the chefs.

The girls trying to break the world record of artichoke leaf stacking.

Chelsea and Kate reading the invite to the Spring Break tea-party.

Kate was so excited to come for the tea party.

Chelsea loved planning the entire tea party for her and Kate.  Kate was so cute at the house.  She was so excited when she got to our house.  Chelsea made cucumber tea sandwiches, jam and butter sandwiches, banana bread and propel for the tea.

They played a little dress-up.  Kate LOVED walking around in the high-heeled shoes.

We enjoyed Big Breakfasts every morning.  Stevie cooked most mornings.  He loves his big breakfasts.

Robotics Fair at Stanford.  Will talk about this in another post.  Marky Loved the robots.
